The Company relies mostly on word of mouth, referrals, and repeat customers to generate revenue. The Company has continued to grow over the years without dedicated salespeople, or a formal marketing or advertising strategy. 

Facility & Staffing

The Company is supported by 14 full-time and 2 part-time personnel. And, it operates from an 8,000 square-foot office and production facility owned by the Company with an estimated fair market sale value of $300,000 and annual rent of $30,000, subject to appraisal and negotiation. The owners would prefer to sell the real estate with the business, but would consider a fair market value lease to the new owner.
