Sales & Marketing

All of the Company's employees, with the exception of the alterations department, are responsible for in-store sales. Depending on expected season and store traffic, the Company will have between 5 and 20 sales associates working at one time. 

Outside sales are primarily generated through the modern website with easy to recall web address, trade shows, extensive social media, and direct marketing email campaigns. 

Additionally, the Company’s outstanding reputation as a destination special occasion retailer contributes to word-of- mouth advertising and repeat business.
